1. Course Fee Refund
- Once the course is enrolled and payment is made, fees are generally non-refundable.
- This is because access to course materials, training sessions, and resources is provided immediately after enrollment.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issues from our side preventing access to the course
- Course cancellation by our institute
In such cases, you must notify us within 3–5 days of the issue.
3. No Refund Scenarios
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Lack of time or personal reasons
- Failure to attend sessions
- Dissatisfaction without valid reason
4. EMI / Installment Payments
- If you have opted for EMI or installment plans, you are required to complete all payments as agreed.
- Cancellation of enrollment does not cancel your payment obligation.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
- Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted.
